Mission Beach (Queensland)

The bus dropped us off right outside a holiday park which was good for us we just walked across the rd and pitched up! Its great got really good amenities like tv, pool the necessities you know ha ha!! We was both a little knackered, so decided to just spend the day chilling on the beach, the beach is lovely 14km long and got good views are surrounding islands like Dunk island, which is a little island that a lot of people go across to, its a nature reserve so lots of walking to be done!! After the beach we then came back to the holiday park for a swim in the pool, before retiring to the kitchen with a mug of wine and "where are they now, on box"!!
Today we have done a lot walking, we found a really great trail walk to follow, we set up stall at one of the look out points and had a little picnic, it was beautiful, the view was just amazing!
We are off to Airlee beach tomorrow, so another early start and a 9hr bus journey ahead of us!!!
