Paihia NZ (north island)

This place was a little more touristy then we expected, although it was still very nice! We went into the town, bought an ice-cream, sat in the park..went for a little wonder up to a view point...did a little window shopping (iv gotten very good at this!) Also this is the place we found Christmas, it was lovely you know the sort of thing that makes you feel all warm and tingly!!! Well it was carols by candle-light, it was set in the grounds of an old house, it was lovely there was children singing and then a group of ladies, we ate chocolate dipped strawberry's and drank mulled wine...it was really very nice..people sat in the audience holding candles or glow lights...yep Christmas is here!!!
